As a Registered Valuer in our Auckland office, Brendan completes valuations for residential dwellings, redevelopment sites, apartments, and terraced townhouses throughout the Auckland region, with a primary focus on West Auckland and Central Auckland.

Having previously worked as a Valuer for Beca and Seagars, where he focused on the valuation of Unit Title apartments and townhouses, Brendan offers specialised knowledge of these types of properties. His experience covers superior high-end apartments, as well as remedial work ‘As Is’ and ‘As If Complete’ assessments.

Brendan completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Property Valuation. His excellent computer, numerical and time management skills enable him to meet the tight timeframes and high pace of his role at Prendos, and he looks forward to broadening his skillset further as his career progresses.
