Congratulations to our architectural division Respond Architects whose stunning Maraetai home design â built by G Donaldson Builders – won Gold at the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards 2023.
Judges praised the homeâs âsophisticated styleâ and clever design that allows the indoors to flow into outdoor areas with ease. The rural home features soaring 4.5m negative-detail ceilings, engineered hardwood floors and striking timber balustrades, and a âshowstopperâ outdoor pavilion area leading on to an equally spectacular pool.
