Registered Valuer Georgia has a passion for all things property-related, and loves working with people and numbers. With her analytical personality and strong attention to detail, a career in valuations naturally appealed to her, and she particularly enjoys analysing sales and statistics to fully understand the markets she works in.

Georgia works with our Wellington-based team, undertaking residential and lifestyle property valuations in the Porirua, Kāpiti Coast and Horowhenua regions. Before joining Prendos, she gained experience as a Property Analyst and Commercial Valuer, before becoming a Registered Valuer specialising in residential and lifestyle valuations.

Georgia has a young family so most of her time outside of work revolves around raising her young child together with her partner, and spending time with her wider whānau who live in the Kāpiti Coast area.

Her love of property also extends beyond work, and she enjoys getting stuck into home renovations and DIY projects, as well as socialising, and staying active by walking, playing sports and going to the gym – although admittedly not as often as she’d like anymore!
