Jagruthi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Technology and Management at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering in India. After moving to New Zealand in 2015 she continued her studies, gaining a Masters qualification at AUT – where she was also accepted as a research assistant. This furthered her interest in the project management side of the construction industry, and after graduating she joined the Prendos team as project team assistant and co-ordinator.

Since then, Jagruthi has proved invaluable in the remediation of a number of education facilities and large residential buildings, including a well-known apartment block in central Auckland.

She is responsible for issuing internal variation instructions; managing budgets, construction invoicing and fee structures; updating and reporting on project registers and keeping track of timelines. Her calm and methodical approach is much valued by the wider team, and is essential in her busy role where she is constantly balancing effective client communication with the management of multiple instructions simultaneously.
